I noticed that if I'm using IE8 I can't seem to draw track shapes anymore. If I change IE8 to be compatibility mode everything works fine. Is there a work around for this behavior that would allow the web edition to work with IE8 seamlessly?

in web edition, we use VML (Vector Markup Language) to render shapes on the client, but IE8 only supports in compatible mode.
We find an article as following for this issue and we’ll keep on investigating it. We might change OpenLayers’ library or try another solution such as SVG, or maybe the next version of OpenLayers’ll support it.
