Unable display Labels on the marker image

Hi ThinkGeo.

I am getting no image on the marker if I try to add label on it.

I attach the code (based on the code file SetTheZoomLevelsOnAMarker.aspx.cs from the samples) to the posting. I don't know what is missing in it to display label on the marker
