Unlicensed Error at Runtime

      We are facing some issue in disply map in our development envoirment... we are working with Al Vigil for development.

Is it possible to let us know how the “UnLicensed Error at Runtime” looks like? It runs into exception or shows the map with some watermarks? The later one is caused by missing the deployment license, please install the WebServer Prepare Tool or contact support@thinkgeo.com for detail. If it gives the exception, can you give us some screenshots about it?

Can you send us url from where we have install Web Server Prepare Tool or how can we get deployment license.please let us know in case on any issue.

The “WebEdition Server Prepare tool ” is used to install the deployment license on the machine. If you have purchased it, it can be found in helpdesk.thinkgeo.com with your purchased account. Otherwise , please contact sales@thinkgeo.com .
