My team has purchased a Web Edition Full Version 3. We were sold to another company; therefore, the production server was moved to another domain, ip, and name. So now we are showing the Unlicensed For Runtime watermark. To register this version previously, I used the MapSuiteRegistrationBuilder.exe. But now I see another Server Preparation Tool. Which should I use to generate a new license request?

Hi Steven,
The MapSuiteRegistrationBuilder.exe is used for deployment in the past, it requires sending the “.request “file to ThinkGeo and then we can create deployment “.license” file based on that. The Server Preparation tool is an updated version, which is easier for us to publish our application. Please use the Server preparation tool if it’s available, otherwise please generate the “.request” file using MapSuiteRegistrationBuilder.exe and then send to support@thinkgeo.com for “.license” file.
