Using popups

Hi, is there an example to how i can use popups in my point or marker? I read  an example about popup with markers but the class popupOverlay is only available in wpf but im using the desktop edition.

 For Dekstop edition we don’t have a popup implemented in MapControl, I think maybe you can try to implement an image marker which looks like a popup or build a external custom control for that.
