I originally encountered the below exception, in Visual Studio Debug mode, on December 8th after updating to the latest NuGet packages. At that time I started Product Center, logged-in, and I believe at the time WPF was showing as activated. Sorry, I can’t remember. But once I did that my application worked fine and has worked fine until prior to December 25th when I shut down my computer. I just started my computer today and now I’m getting this exception again.
This only occurs while in VS Debug Mode. When the application is started directly it works just fine.
My other applications work fine because they are all using NuGet packages pre November 26.
My WPF Software Assurance Plan had been renewed early November.
Any idea and what the issue might be?
