VirtualEarthLayer in 4.5?

I’m trying to use Bing/Virtual Earth in Desktop 4.5, but the only VirtualEarth class exposed in ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Core is VirtualEarthZoomLevelSet.  I can’t find any other VirtualEarth classes, such as the VirtualEarthLayer referenced in the UseMicrosoftMapsLayer.cs example code.  Any idea what’s going on?

 Thanks for your post, we checked Desktop 4.5 but the problem didn’t show up on our end, would you please send the  dlls it to forumsupport@thinkgeo.com for a further test?
