Good day,
We bought the full edition of the Map Suite Web Edition 3.0 awhile ago. At first I installed the evaluation copy to test the functionality and after we bought the full edition I installed the full edition. The word Unlicensed disappeared after the new install.
Today I installed the full edition on our web server but it still shows Unlicensed all over the map. It works fine on my machine but not on the server.
Can someone please assist.

If your application is running on IIS without deployment license which is registered by registration builder under “\Miscellaneous\Map Suite Registration Builder\MapSuiteRegistrationBuilder.exe”, it’ll show unlicensed all over the map.
If you already have the deployment license, please run the attachment to generate the installation information log file of your web server and let me know the result.
