Once I install a simple web site on Production machine, I get error indicated in attached zip file.
The Production web site on the Production machine works fine. Please suggest If I am missing something

I run your attched project and haven’t got the GDI+ exception in your screen capture.
Could you please provide us some more detail descrption of your environment or the steps for reproduce the problem? That should be helpful.

Environment:
Windows Server 2008
IIS 7
One web app running Ok (Started with 4.5 upgraded to 5.)
Is there any recommended settings (App Pool etc) if we have two Web apps (one for beta testing) on the same machine.

I am sorry for hear that. How are you feeling today?
Could you try to edit the "Security" for the "theme" folder under your project folder? To add the write security for IIS process, I think our web edition need unzip some images to that folder but your system may don't allow this operation.
