What is IsBase good for

I would like to ask for what is IsBase in LayerOverlay and how to use it properly?

Hi Martin,

If overlay is marked as IsBase, it should be treated as BackGround overlay, and there is some map render logic related with it.

In our different product the effect is not the same for IsBase, it looks in WPF this property is not so important.

Generally you don’t need to set it.
