Where can I find Microsoft.SqlServer.Types Version 10.0.0.0?

I am getting an error in my application that says that I have the wrong manifest version of Microsoft.SqlServer.Types (it wants Version 10.0.0 and the one I have is 11.0.0)?

Our products are referencing the 11.0, so maybe your environment is not correct, please go to microsoft.com/en-us/down…x?id=29065 to get the 11.0 installed.
