Why the map print sample does not print map's background?

I tried the map print example, which call js map1.printMap(). However it did not print out the background color?

also, the part between plus sign and minus sign through which you drag to change map scales, does not show up in the printed page? 
  
 seems nobody uses this feature! Otherwise, should be already fixed!

For the background color missing in printing page, it proved a bug and we have fixed in the latest dll package(8.0.0.48, or 8.0.48.0), please get it and have a try.



As for the second issue, does you means the panzoombar is not included in printing page? But we can see the panZoomBar is in the printing page in our end, would you please double check it or any thing I am missing?
