WMTS Layer does not fill MapPrinterLayer

Hi,

I am using the latest production build of Desktop for Winforms and have discovered a problem I did not have before upgrading to the latest packages. When I add a WMTS layer (or Bing Maps or a WMS layer) to a page layout it does not go all the way to the edges of the MapPrinterLayer. If I zoom in on the Page the layer fills more of the screen. If I continue to zoom in on the page the layer eventually will fill the entire map. I am using ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Layers.Printers v10.6.9. This did not seem to be a problem with the version I was using before I upgraded (ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Layers.Printers v10.6.5). I have attached a sample project to demonstrate the problem.

Thanks!

Steve

Hi @Steven1,

Thanks for the feedback, sorry that we didn’t notice this before, now it has been fixed, but may be only in Beta version temporarily, please try 11.0.0-beta152, which may be available tomorrow or this afternoon.

Thanks,
Johnny

Hi Johnny,

It’s been over five weeks and the beta version you mention is still not available. Has there been some kind of unexpected delay?

Thanks!

Steve

Steve,

Johnny is no longer with us so I will be taking this issue over. Give me a bit to see what is going on. Just to be sure, this is version 11 beta so you are on version 10.x and not 12 right?

Steve,

Johnny had the version wrong, I checked source control and the changes were checked in June 21st and then built the same day. I included a link to it but it is 11.0.0-beta048. Sorry for the confusion, he must have been looking at a different package.

For the record I didn’t test it myself, I just did some forensic investigation.

David,

Thanks. That helps a bit. I also need to know when that fix will be available in a production version. Yes, we are using 10.x.

Thanks!

Steve

Hey @Steven1,

We have a planned release for 10.x sometime tomorrow. We will update you when the build is live in Nuget.

Thanks,
Kyle

Hey @Steven1,

Just wanted to let you know that we have deployed a release to version 10 that has the relevant changes pertaining to this issue. You can find the latest build for the here: ThinkGeo.MapSuite.Layers.Printers 10.6.11.

Thanks,
Kyle

Thanks Kyle, that seems to have fixed it!

Steve

Hey @Steven1,

Good to hear! Closing.

Thanks,
Kyle
