World Map Kit / Hiding features such as highways

 When using the World Map Kit, it is possible to hide certain features such as highways, roads, etc.? If so, can this be based on a zoom level, or does it need to be hidden completely?

Thanks for your post, but sorry to say our WorldMapKit is a wms server that only support a world map view to user and it doesn't have any other functions.
 
And I think there are two ways to fit your requirements:
 
1. Order our WorldMapKit SDK(here) and deployed in your server, now you will have all source code of world map kit and you can modify them to support operate the shape file.
2. Get the map data free from our website(here), you can choose world map data or open street map data, then using shape file feature layer to load them and operate them.
