WorldMapKit->USA->TLKA what are in the files?

 Looking at the WorldMapKit->USA->TLKA folder I'm confused on what each file is.

What is the difference between these?

I’m not ThinkGeo but: 
  
 AK = Alaska. 
 lka = roads 
 A## = the type of road categories. 
  
 I think 20’s are the Really major highways.   30’s are a little less major.   71 are like driveways and bike paths. 
  
 These are all defined in the Tiger file definition from the US Census Bureau.

 Thats all I needed. Not sure why my GoogleFu couldn't turn that up for me.
