Zoomlevel scale value question

Hello,


I use zoomLevelSet.ZoomLevel18.Scale to get all zoomlevel scales.


Like Zoomlevel18, I get 4505.8577728271484 .


Could anyone tell me what the value mean? What is its Unit?

 Thanks for your post and questions. 
 Scale is the scale represents the relationship of the distance on the map/data to the actual distance on the ground, it does not need any unit. For more information, take a look at following site:
