I have attached a word document which visually shows the issue I am seeing. Different parts of the polygons disappear as you pan or zoom more. When viewing the entire contents of the shape file nothing is out of the ordinary. I am curious if anyone else has seen this behavior and knows a way to fix it.
I tried to attach the shape file, but it is too large for this forum.

We would need the shapefile itself to determine the problem. Can you contact support@thinkgeo.com and tell them that you want to send us a large shapefile? They will email you the info on how to FTP your shapefile. Tell them that this is in relation to the Post 9828 "Polygons not being drawn correctly". Thank you.
I have uploaded all the files associated with the layer I am having issues with in the Post 9828 folder on the ftp site.

Sorry for getting back with you so late. I was off the last few days. I looked at your shapefile and the reason some features are disapearing when you zoom in if because the spatial index is off. You need to rebuild the spatial index. It will create new ids and idx files and the shapefile should display fine. I don’t know how the spatial index got bad but it is possible that is happened while you were doing some editing. After, adding, deleting or editing some feature, make sure that you rebuild the spatial index. Thank you.
